ABOUT ME

I’m a native Washingtonian and an experienced sales and marketing professional, most recently in membership sales with associations. As a former Nordstrom buyer and entrepreneur, I’m naturally goal oriented and strategically results driven. It’s all about metrics.

 

A personal achievement was fulfilling a postponed goal of completing my BS degree in Business Management, graduating in 2014 with cum laude distinction. I discovered during this experience an untapped passion for higher education. Fueled with a strong desire for developing modern skills in the digital space, I received an MS degree in an Integrated Marketing Communications program in 2016 with a 4.0 GPA. I’ve also added certifications in Google AdWords and HubSpot Inbound Marketing in 2017.

INTERESTS

Traveled to about 36 countries and enjoy diverse cultures. I’m a dog enthusiast and enjoy hiking, biking and yoga. Also serve as an advisory board member for VA Tech Victims Family Foundation.

FUN FACT

Reeled in a 120-pound blue marlin in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.

Sales Director, The Flats at Boulevard VI

144 condos. The Flats at Boulevard VI is the newest condominium community for IDI Development. There are 4 floors, 144 total condominiums developed by IDI, 115 townhomes, and 7 single-family homes developed by NV Homes. The former Fairfax High School/Paul VI High School is being repurposed into a retail building to house restaurant eateries and temporary office space. Sales have been brisk and at a fast pace with 65% sold in 9 months.

248 condos. The Haven at National Harbor and Peterson Companies was awarded the Best Residential Development 2018 by Washington Business Journal. Opening team member and the developer said, "Sales have exceeded expectations and we are very pleased with the fast pace." The fastest-selling condo community in the DMV area. Nominated for "Great American Living Award" by NVBIA.
